Delivery Policy

At Bien Home Furniture & Electronics we are committed to providing you with a fast and simple delivery experience. We offer different delivery options including Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove, Curbside, and Pick-Up to suit your needs. We provide nationwide shipping, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE & FEES:

  • Threshold Delivery: $79

Service Area: Houston, Dallas, Sana Antonio, Austin and surroundings

Important: We’ll bring your delivery inside the front door of your home. This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be in its original packaging, some merchandise will require assembly. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt. You must notify Bien Home Furniture & Electronics about any concealed damage by email us at online@bienhome.com within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.

  • Room of Choice Delivery: $129.00

Important: We’ll bring your delivery to a room of your choice within your residence. This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt. You must notify Bien Home Furniture & Electronics about any concealed damage by email us at online@bienhome.com within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.

  • White Glove Delivery: $199

Important: Delivery to the room of your choice. Our delivery team provides real-time arrival estimates. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required. We'll email and text to confirm your delivery time and let you know when your furniture is on its way. We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it. We’ll thoroughly look over your new furniture, plus clean and correct any minor defects. We’ll show you all the fun features of your new furniture and teach you how to use it! We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal. 

  • Pick Up

Important: To arrange pick-ups, kindly contact the store directly.

OUT-OF-STATE DELIVERY:

We use third party LTL shipping companies for curbside delivery. We cannot offer in-room delivery or assembly at the moment.

1. Curbside Delivery: $299

Service Description: We’ll bring your delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt.  You must notify Bien Home Furniture & Electronics about any concealed damage by email us at online@bienhome.com within 24 hours of delivery. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

DO IT YOURSELF!

Furniture products are not assembled, they are delivered in protective boxes to avoid any damage during transportation.

  • Living Room sets: You usually need to screw the legs simply, sometimes they even come in ready!
  • Bedroom sets: The one you usually assemble is the bed frame. The dresser, nightstand and chest comes ready. You might sometimes screw the handles. We screw them inside the drawers to protect them for you!
  • Dining Room sets: You will usually assemble the legs of the table to the table top and chair legs to the body.

All  screws, bolts and necessary material are included in the pack, ready to do it yourself!

You will have all drawings ready in the boxes to help you assemble all easily step by step. If you do not see them in the box, just check it on the internet. Simply type the model number plus "assembly manual" on search engines and there you will find it. Still did not find? call us, so we are here to help you on that!

Conditions:
We offer next-day delivery in the Houston area for most items. Next-Day Delivery is not available Sundays and Mondays. We ship most items to other locations the next business day. The delivery date depends on the destination. However, after shipment, it usually takes 1 to 10 business days for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings, and 1 to 4 weeks for the other locations, including out-of-state addresses.

Parts and products not in stock in our warehouse or with our vendors will be back-ordered after receiving your order. If there are back-ordered items in an order, even if other items in the order are in stock, all items will be shipped to the customer together after they arrive at our warehouse.
 
The delivery date may vary depending on the availability of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure. Please also note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

    Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

    Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at online@bienhome.com. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

    Bien Home Furniture & Electronics reserves the right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice. 

    We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise. In case of loss or damage of shipments en route, after the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim against the freight company. In certain cases, Bien Home Furniture & Electronics, at its whole discretion, may choose to arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option if insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of TX where our HQ is located.

    Return & Refund

    Return & Refund Policy

     

    After placing an order, a representative from Bien Home Furniture will contact customers via email to provide order details, delivery information and confirm the accuracy of the order. Once the customer agrees to proceed, the payment will be collected. The payment will be automatically processed if the customer fails to respond to the email within 48 hours of the original transaction date.

    It's important to note that once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    To request a cancellation and receive a full refund, customers must contact us at online@bienhome.com within 48 hours of the original transaction date. Cancellations made after this time period will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee (some exceptions apply, please see below for details). Please allow up to 72 hours for the cancellation to be processed through our system.

    Refunds: After placing an order, a representative from Bien Home Furniture will contact customers via email to provide order details and delivery information and confirm the accuracy of the order. Once the customer agrees to proceed, the payment will be collected. The payment will be automatically processed if the customer fails to respond to the email within 48 hours of the original transaction date. Orders canceled after 48 hours from the transaction date or order approval will be subject to a non-negotiable 3% payment processing cancellation fee.

    Returns- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Once a customer completes a purchase, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including customer errors, measurement errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color, style, or texture of the product.

    Please note that due to our discounted prices resulting in low profits for merchants, there are exclusions: If the products are in possession of Bien Home Furniture, in transit to our warehouse, and/or ready for delivery, customers will receive a refund of only 70% of the total amount to cover processing, picking, and handling fees. The delivery fee will not be refunded if a delivery attempt has been scheduled. If the item is not yet ready for delivery, customers will be entitled to a refund of 97% or 100% (depending on payment status and timing of the request).

    Merchant's Inability to Meet ETA: Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are subject to change. If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to the merchant's inability to meet the ETA, a full refund will be issued, with only a 3% payment processing cancellation fee applied (if the payment has been processed). Please note that if the item is currently in transit to Bien Home Furniture and Electronic's warehouse or to the customer's residence, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

    In certain cases, exceptions may be made to our "All Sales Final" and "No Returns Allowed" policy. These exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of the seller. In the event of an order cancellation that has already been paid for and confirmed, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee and a reverse delivery fee will be applied.

    Any refunded payment will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    Customers will not receive a full refund if:

    • They receive the wrong merchandise due to their failure to review the invoice and select the correct items.
    • The furniture does not fit properly due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
    • They are dissatisfied with the color or material quality of the purchased merchandise.

    If a refund is issued for the merchandise, regardless of the means (refund or chargeback), the merchandise will automatically be returned to the merchant's possession, regardless of the location of the parties involved. In such a case, the customer is responsible for paying or returning the merchandise in its original condition and assisting the merchant with the return process. Failure to do so may result in criminal and civil liability for the customer, and the merchant may pursue legal action, including filing criminal and/or civil lawsuits, in the jurisdiction determined by the merchant. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including litigation expenses and attorney fees.

    Outside of Texas Orders: If you refuse the delivery, there will be a $75 charge for a missed delivery. All nationwide orders are considered a curbside delivery only, meaning the package/pallet will not be brought inside your residence but left at the end of your driveway. You are no longer entitled to a full refund if the order has already been shipped. Instead, fees such as a 30% restocking fee and a two-way (reversal) freight charge will be applied at the seller's discretion.

    No return or cancellation requests will be considered valid unless exceptionally approved and clearly confirmed via email by us.

    Compliance with Texas law: Our policy adheres to all relevant Texas laws and regulations, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code. If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
