Returns
You can return your purchase in 30 days!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with protective components in the packing.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fees may apply.

- Discontinued items
- Deal products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of payment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed, Bien Home Furniture & Electronics representative will contact the customer via email to give details about the order and the delivery and verify that the order is correct. Once the customer agrees to proceed with their order, the payment will be captured. If the customer doesn’t reply to our email within 48 hours after the original transaction date, then the payment will be automatically captured. For any cancellation requests, the customer must contact us at online@bienhome.com within 48 hours from the original transaction date in order to receive a full refund. Orders canceled after 48 hours from the transaction date or order approval will be subject to a non-negotiable 3% payment processing cancellation fee. Given that our discounted prices result in a low marginal profit for the merchants, exclusions apply: If the products are in Bien Home Furniture & Electronics' possession, in transit to our warehouse, and/or ready for delivery, the customer will only receive a refund of 70% of the total amount, to cover processing, picking, and handling fees. If the item is still not ready for delivery, then you will be entitled to a 97% or 100% refund (depending on the payment status and the timing of the request).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@homebien.com and send your item to Bien Group LLC, 10804 S Post Oak Rd, Ste 700, HOUSTON TX 77035, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Pickup Service Fees:
- Curbside pickup within 30 miles: $99.00
- Curbside pickup more then 30 miles within Houston: $129.00
- In home and second+ floor pickup is an additional +$49.00 for all options
- Packing service is an additional $49.00
- Out-of-State returns are subject to two way freight cost for shipping and returning
- Re-stocking fees apply for any return without a damage, which is 20% of the product, excluding taxes and shipping fees
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in advance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of two-way shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
