Return & Refund Policy
After placing an order, a representative from Bien Home Furniture will contact customers via email to provide order details, delivery information and confirm the accuracy of the order. Once the customer agrees to proceed, the payment will be collected. The payment will be automatically processed if the customer fails to respond to the email within 48 hours of the original transaction date.
It's important to note that once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation and receive a full refund, customers must contact us at online@bienhome.com within 48 hours of the original transaction date. Cancellations made after this time period will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee (some exceptions apply, please see below for details). Please allow up to 72 hours for the cancellation to be processed through our system.

Orders canceled after 48 hours from the transaction date or order approval will be subject to a non-negotiable 3% payment processing cancellation fee.
Returns- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Once a customer completes a purchase, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including customer errors, measurement errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color, style, or texture of the product.
Please note that due to our discounted prices resulting in low profits for merchants, there are exclusions: If the products are in possession of Bien Home Furniture, in transit to our warehouse, and/or ready for delivery, customers will receive a refund of only 70% of the total amount to cover processing, picking, and handling fees. The delivery fee will not be refunded if a delivery attempt has been scheduled. If the item is not yet ready for delivery, customers will be entitled to a refund of 97% or 100% (depending on payment status and timing of the request).
Merchant's Inability to Meet ETA: Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are subject to change. If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to the merchant's inability to meet the ETA, a full refund will be issued, with only a 3% payment processing cancellation fee applied (if the payment has been processed). Please note that if the item is currently in transit to Bien Home Furniture and Electronic's warehouse or to the customer's residence, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
In certain cases, exceptions may be made to our "All Sales Final" and "No Returns Allowed" policy. These exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of the seller. In the event of an order cancellation that has already been paid for and confirmed, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee and a reverse delivery fee will be applied.
Any refunded payment will be returned to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Customers will not receive a full refund if:
- They receive the wrong merchandise due to their failure to review the invoice and select the correct items.
- The furniture does not fit properly due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
- They are dissatisfied with the color or material quality of the purchased merchandise.
If a refund is issued for the merchandise, regardless of the means (refund or chargeback), the merchandise will automatically be returned to the merchant's possession, regardless of the location of the parties involved. In such a case, the customer is responsible for paying or returning the merchandise in its original condition and assisting the merchant with the return process. Failure to do so may result in criminal and civil liability for the customer, and the merchant may pursue legal action, including filing criminal and/or civil lawsuits, in the jurisdiction determined by the merchant. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including litigation expenses and attorney fees.
Outside of Texas Orders: If you refuse the delivery, there will be a $75 charge for a missed delivery. All nationwide orders are considered a curbside delivery only, meaning the package/pallet will not be brought inside your residence but left at the end of your driveway. You are no longer entitled to a full refund if the order has already been shipped. Instead, fees such as a 30% restocking fee and a two-way (reversal) freight charge will be applied at the seller's discretion.
No return or cancellation requests will be considered valid unless exceptionally approved and clearly confirmed via email by us.
Compliance with Texas law: Our policy adheres to all relevant Texas laws and regulations, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code. If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
